Technology Training Course for Seniors
A 4-week course covering basic smart device concepts and tips for success, by Alison with Innovative Independence, Inc.
Learn more about your smartphone, tablet, or computer in a group setting at Galena’s ARC. The course will cover the following topics:
- Basic physical device features and accessibility
- Communication applications: email, texting, voicemail, video chat
- Social Medial applications: Facebook, Messenger, Instagram
- Online Shopping
- Maps and Directions
- Bills and Online Payments
- …and More!
Class time will have topics for the day, followed by time for discussion and individualized questions. The class will serve a maximum of 10 individuals and a minimum of 5. Cost includes 16 in-person class hours and copy of class materials.

- Location: Galena ARC, Lower Level
- Cost: $250 ($200 if registered before March 1)
